Please do not send sensitive files unless you are comfortable sharing them. For most reports, the tool name, browser, file type and approximate size are enough.
A file did not convert correctly
Tell us the tool name, original format, approximate file size and what result you expected.
A format is missing
Tell us which input and output format would be useful, and whether the workflow should stay local.
A mobile browser behaved strangely
Share your phone model, browser and what happened after choosing or exporting the file.
A privacy message was unclear
Point us to the page or tool where the local/cloud wording should be clearer.
